A. Yes, we do a lot of work for estate agents and Landlords where collecting keys is normal, although it is better if someone is there, just in case we need to ask questions or get your permission for a particular piece of work.
A. All of our plumbers are fully qualified with at least 5 years’ experience. All of them specialise in emergency plumbing so are excellent problem solvers who have come across almost every known issue possible.

A. Wherever possible we will give you a price to complete the job in hand. We charge by the hour and keep you updated on the progress of the repair. This helps you to have peace of mind knowing the cost of the job, without any hidden or unexpected fees.
A. Yes, We can provide free estimates over the phone. Once onsite, we will assess the situation and provide you with an updated quote if necessary before proceeding.
A. We can allow up to 4 weeks in advance. Please note any changes, amendments or cancellations must be made within 24 hours to avoid a cancellation fee. But remember, we also offer our emergency plumbing service so we are available 24/7.
A. We always appreciate it when clients like our plumbers work. Our plumbers are well respected and complete all jobs to a very high standard, so a lot of our work is from recommendations and reputation. If you would like the same Plumber to return for additional work, please let us know, and we will do all we can to arrange this.
A. We accept all major credit & debit cards. Payment is to be paid on completion of our work.
